Position Title: Interim Program Coordinator
Salary: $20 per hour
Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Supervisor: Tanequa Moore, Community Program Manager
Location: Virtual
Start: As soon as possible
End Date: August 30th, 2024 with possibility of extension
IRAISE’s Community Department is looking for an Interim Program Coordinator to help the Community Department Manager with administrative tasks and program oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and successful implementation of Community Department programs.
- Program setup – drafting applications, enhancing program procedures, etc.
- Gather and maintain student data for evaluation efforts.
- Helping evaluate programs.
- Communicate and coordinate with Case Manager Interns.
- Work and communicate well with partner organizations.
- Monitor and confirm new registrations to department programs.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Community Department Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma. College students are encouraged to apply.
- Experience as an administrator is preferred.
